Q: What vaccinations are needed?
A: All dogs must have a current C5 or a C4 plus a BB nasal spray for Kennel cough. All cats require either a current F3 or F4. Certificate of vaccination must be produced on your arrival or can be faxed through prior.

Q: What if my pet requires medication?
A:
Medication can be administered as required.

Q: My pet is on a special diet, can I bring my own food?
A: Yes you can.

Q: What exercise will my pet get?
A:
All our kennels have inside and outside access all day. We also have 5 large exercise yards where they have free time to run around and explore.

Q: Will my pet be warm enough in the winter?
A: All kennels and cattery have split system heating and cooling.

Q: What are your hours for drop-off and pick-ups?
A:
Apple Tree's hours are 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., 7 days a week. If checking out prior to 10 am, there is no charge for that day, after 10 a.m. a full day’s fee will apply.

Q: Are you open on public holidays?
A:
Apple Tree is only closed 4 days a year; Good Friday, Christmas Eve, Xmas Day, and New Years Day.

Q: Can we have a look around Apple Tree?
A: Visitors are welcome between the hours of 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. except during peak periods.

Q: How can I pay?
A: We take cash, cheque, eftpos, and credit cards. We do not accept Diners Club or American Express.

Q: Can we have our Dog/Cat picked up and delivered home?
A: Yes you can. A fee will apply based on where you live.
